Registering #

Registering with SentLive is simple; to join the free Starter plan, click the menu link (☰) in the top left of any page to open it. Enter your email address and desired password, or click the Google or Facebook button if you prefer to register using either of those services. If you want to register by purchasing a Paid plan instead, click Pricing, select your chosen plan and follow the instructions in the Paid Plan Process section below. You can use Sentlive through your mobile browser or install it as a web app on your device. For installation instructions, see Installing SentLive On Your Devices.

Paid Plan Process #

Once you have selected a paid plan, you will be taken to a payment page provided by our payment processor, Stripe. Check that the plan and amount shown are correct, then enter your card details and any other information required. Some details, such as your country, may already have been filled in. You can choose to save your payment details if that option is offered. Please read the information on the page carefully, and when you have completed everything, click Subscribe. This starts the monthly or yearly subscription you selected.

You can abandon the process at any point before clicking Subscribe without making a payment. Once a payment has been made, we do not issue refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

After successful payment, you will be taken to a page where you can select your unique username and password. Once you have submitted these details, you will be logged in automatically and taken to your Profile/Dashboard. You will receive an email confirming your payment and the creation of your Sentlive account. We recommend keeping this email or saving its details somewhere convenient.

Logging In #

After registration, you are logged in automatically. For future visits, if you have logged out, open the menu by clicking the menu link (☰) near the top left of the screen. Enter the email address or username you registered with, along with your password. You can also log in using the Google or Facebook buttons if your Sentlive account email matches the one you choose.

The Remember Me checkbox is ticked by default. Leave it ticked if you want to remain logged in when you return using the same device and browser, including when using the installed web app. You may occasionally need to log in again, for example, if you have cleared your browser’s stored data or following certain browser or device changes.

If you use the installed Sentlive web app, we recommend remaining logged in and leaving Remember Me ticked. This helps notification links take you to their intended destinations when you tap them.

Forgotten Password #

If you have forgotten your password, click Lost Password? on the Login page. Enter either your username or email address, then click Get New Password.

You should see a message confirming that an email has been sent with a secure password-reset link. Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder if the email does not arrive.

Click the link in the email to return to Sentlive, where you can enter and submit your new password. Once the update is successful, you will see a confirmation message and a link to log in using your new credentials.

Logging Out #

There is no need to log out of Sentlive every time you finish using it, and we generally recommend remaining logged in, particularly when using the installed web app. This helps notification links take you to their intended destinations rather than a default page.

Occasionally, if something does not seem to be working correctly on your device, logging out and logging in again may help. For further troubleshooting advice, see the FAQ section of this guide.
