Gifts

Existing members of SentLive can purchase special gift plans for both other members and non-members. The process is very simple – on the Gift Purchase page, just complete a short form with the name and email address of the person you want to gift to, and select the plan and period for it to run, for example there is a choice of 1, 3 or 6 month options with the Monthly plan, or from 1 to 3 years with the Group or Yearly plans. Payment is made with credit or debit cards through the Stripe payment gateway, and on completion of the payment the gift recipient is sent an email with a special link to claim their gift.

The recipient simply clicks the link in the email they receive – if they are an existing member they need to login first – then click a button on the page they are taken to. For non members this will mean completing the standard registration form, and on completion they will automatically be logged into the plan gifted to them. Existing members will be upgraded to the plan gifted to them, although they will need to consider what they want to do if the plan is either not better than they are already on, or they don’t wish to change, and for that purpose we also offer a Gift Transfer option to allow them to pass the gift on to someone else.
