Upgrading & Downgrading Plans #
If you wish to change the plan you are on, this can be done anytime, but depending on what plan you are on, and whether upgrading or downgrading, please follow the guide below:
Current Plan | Change to | Action |

Free Plan | Any Paid Plan | Go to the Membership Upgrade page (there is a button on your Dashboard to take you there) and click ‘Subscribe’ or ‘Buy Now’ under the plan you want; check the item on the next page is what you want, then complete the payment form. |
Monthly, Group or Yearly Plan | Any Upgrade | On the day, or a couple of days before your current subscription is due for automatic renewal, go to the Membership Upgrade page (via the button on your Dashboard) and click ‘Subscribe’ or ‘Buy Now’ under the plan greater than your current one that you want; check the item on the next page is what you want, then complete the payment form. Alternatively cancel your subscription on your Dashboard any time before the renewal date, then once your plan has reverted to the Free one, go to the Membership Upgrade page as above. |
Life Plan | Downgrade | Not possible on the site as this is a one time payment rather than a subscription; requests to delete the account completely can be made either by using any of the Contact Us options, or via our social media messaging or email links. No refund possible. |
Monthly, Group or Yearly Plan | Free | Cancel your subscription on your Dashboard. Your plan will automatically revert to a Free plan at the end of your current subscription period. |
Group Plan | Monthly Plan | Cancel your subscription renewal on your Dashboard before the due date. When your subscription period ends, and your plan reverts to the Free plan, go to the Membership Upgrade page (or via the Upgrade button on most pages) and click ‘Subscribe’ under the Monthly plan; check the next page to ensure it is the Monthly Plan, then complete the payment form. |
Yearly Plan | Monthly or Group Plan | Cancel your subscription renewal on your Dashboard before the due date. When your subscription period ends, and your plan reverts to the Free plan, go to the Membership Upgrade page (or via the Upgrade button on most pages) and click ‘Subscribe’ under the relevant plan; check the next page to ensure it is the plan you want, then complete the payment form. |
Payments #
Currently we accept credit/debit cards and wallets via the payment processor Stripe. Please contact us if you are unable to use Stripe or any of the payment methods they accept, and we can organise an alternative way for you to pay.
