You will receive (or may already have received) an email confirming the payment and the creation of the account on SentLive; please check your junk or spam folder if it is not in your inbox. Also included in the email is a special link to click on which will bring you back to SentLive where you must choose a Username and Password. You will then receive a second email confirming your login details along with a login link – we recommend that you save this email, or the details contained, somewhere on your device. Following this you will be able to log in to SentLive.
If the email does not appear after about ten minutes, and you are certain that you are connected to the internet, please return to the site and click the Contact Us button, and let us know that you didn’t receive the email, and we will resolve the issue.
