Upgrading & Downgrading Plans

If you wish to change the plan you are on, this can be done anytime, but depending on what plan you are on, and whether upgrading or downgrading, we would advise doing so as follows:

Free PlanAny Paid Plan (except Family Plans)Go to the Membership Upgrade page (there is a button on your Profile page to take you there) and click ‘Buy Now’ under the plan you want; check the item on the next page is what you want, then complete the payment form.
Monthly or Yearly PlanAny Upgrade (except Family Plans)On the day, or a couple of days before your current subscription is due for automatic renewal, go to the Membership Upgrade page (or via the button on your Profile page) and click ‘Buy Now’ under the plan greater than your current one that you want; check the item on the next page is what you want, then complete the payment form. Alternatively cancel your subscription on your Profile page any time before the renewal date, then once your plan has reverted to the Free one, go to the Membership Upgrade page as above.
Lifetime PlanFamily Lifetime PlanNot yet available
Lifetime PlanDowngradeNot possible on the site as this is a one time payment rather than a subscription; requests to delete the account completely can be made either by using the Contact Us button/link, or via our social media messaging or email links. No refund possible.
Monthly or Yearly PlanFreeCancel your subscription on your Profile page. Your plan will automatically revert to a Free plan at the end of your current subscription period.
Yearly PlanMonthly PlanCancel your subscription renewal on your Profile page before the due date. When your subscription period ends, and your plan reverts to the Free plan, go to the Membership Upgrade page (or via the button on your Profile page) and click ‘Buy Now’ under the Monthly plan; check the next page to ensure it is the Monthly Plan, then complete the payment form.
Payments

Currently we accept credit/debit cards and wallets via the payment processor Stripe. Please contact us if you are unable to use Stripe or any of the payment methods they accept, and we can organise an alternative way for you to pay.
